As an exceptional Senior / Lead Product Manager, you’ll spearhead our AI-first, done-for-you platform that automates taxes, removes red tape, and unlocks public grants at global – scale giving people back time, money, and peace of mind. You turn complex problems into simple, elegant solutions and craft as the founder of your product domain, co-leading an empowered cross-functional squad (Product · Design · Tech · AI · Ops)
Qué harás / What you’ll do
- Liderar un squad multifuncional alineado a una visión clara centrada en que los impuestos y los trámites se realicen solos magicamente
- Utilizar AI para conceptualizar y lanzar productos y soluciones disruptivas que resuelvan problemas reales end-to-end en ciclos rápidos (Speed > perfect)
- Aplicar IA y automatización (OpenAI API, GPT, no-code AI, Vibe Coding, APIs inteligentes/ MCPs)
- Decidir con datos y taste que construir y como! Influir en la estrategia global y la expansión internacional. Escalar funcionalidades 100 × mediante experimentación y loops de datos
- Influenciar y mentorizar y difundir best practices
- Ownership total sobre resultados
- Fortalecer cultura de feedback honesto, inclusiva y data‑driven
- Lead a cross-functional top talented squad aligned around a clear vision: taxes and admin get done magically on their own
- Use AI to conceptualize and launch disruptive products and solutions that solve real problems end-to-end in fast cycles (Speed > perfect)
- Breath AI and automation (OpenAI API, GPT, no-code AI, Vibe Coding, smart APIs / MCPs)
- Decide with data and taste what to build and how! Influence global strategy and international expansion. Scale features 10 × through Testing and tight data loops
- Influence, mentor teams and spread best practices
- Take full ownership of outcomes
- Strengthen a culture of honest, inclusive, data-driven feedback
Requisitos / Requirements
- Experiencia liderando producto 0→1 / 1→n con impacto masivo (B2C/B2B SaaS/AI)
- Obsesión por problemas de usuario; marrones complejos te motivan.
- Pasión por los detalles, la velocidad y la agencia; Fuertes capacidades analíticas y de toma de decisiones.
- Experiencia en IA/ML o un deseo ardiente de aprovecharla para soluciones 100×.
- Pasión por usuario y foco en alto impacto
- Curiosidad con múltiples gorros gracias a AI: data scientist, dev, diseño, marketing, negocio… whatever!
- Proven track record shipping 0→1 and 1→n products with massive impact (B2C / B2B SaaS / AI).
- Obsessed with user problems; deleting messy, complex challenges energize you.
- Passion for detail, speed, and agency; strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- AI/ML experience or a burning desire to leverage it for 100× solutions
- User-centric and laser-focused on high impact.
- Boundless curiosity, wearing many AI-powered hats: data scientist, developer, designer, marketer, business… you name it!
